This role is responsible for developing and leading the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for the Paris facility. It is a Site Leadership position, responsible for driving standardization, simplification, collaboration, and breakthrough initiatives through CI, OPEX, Lean, Six Sigma, Training For Excellence (T4E), and Culture of Accountability (CoA) practices, including problem solving for site-wide or system-wide issues. This role must work effectively across multiple layers of the facility and the organization in order to gain alignment to the vision of Operational Excellence and Fully Integrated Deployment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develops, facilitates, and manages Operational Excellence improvement plans for focus areas
- Provides leadership and development for Hourly OPEX change agents and OPEX support staff
- Develops and executes site strategy for OPEX implementation in collaboration and partnership with Site Leaders, Operations Leaders, and KCNA SC partners.
- Facilitates Kaizen events within the Mill
- Ensures existing management infrastructures (i.e. Centerlining, RFS, Leader Standard Work) are interlinked to provide a coherent framework in the Mill
- Leads, mentors, and supports facility in execution of OPEX initiatives
- Provide continuous feedback to Leadership team, consistent with OPEX Mindsets, the K-C Ways of Working, and the Culture of Accountability
- Facilitates, promotes, and supports LEAN cultural development
- Coaches and develops operating team in the use of LEAN techniques and thinking
- Uses LEAN assessment tools to identify opportunities and gap areas
- Facilitates the development, introduction, and tracking of standard work for leaders within focus areas; Identifies capability gaps and prioritizes activities to address these gaps
- Develops, leads, and improves the Training For Excellence (T4E) program for the site
- Understand the needs of the Customer (our Employees) and design the Training program to meet those needs.
- Support the development and application of framework standards for management systems and processes to ensure compliance with Plan, Do, Check, and Adjust
- Provide standard mechanism to track and report scorecard of Operational Excellence transformation measures
- Supports the internal governance / PDCA process

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
- 8 plus years’ experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- 5 plus years’ experience in a Lean and/or Six Sigma environment
- 3 plus years’ experience as a Team Leader in Operations
- Experience working at 2 plus different manufacturing facilities
- Strong understanding of the value and application of Operational Excellence
- Strong understanding of the value and application of Servant Leadership
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office

Salary Range: 127,600 – 157,600 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
