We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is on site in Fort Worth.
Sr Project Professional (Repair and Overhaul Center)
Bring your skills and experience as a Sr Project Professional who is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities. Serves as the primary point of contact for Bell’s cross-functional teams including program suppliers, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing build, and business operations. A successful candidate in this role will interface with all levels of Bell management and customers to ensure execution of our customer commitments. This position is based at Bell’s Repair & Overhaul Center in Ft. Worth, Texas.
What you’ll be doing as a Sr Project Professional
- Plan, organize and provide project leadership for activities related to COE execution.
- Create and maintain project plans, determine required deliverables and milestones, assign resources, and estimate tasks.
- Identify and manage project risks and areas in need of improvement within the COE and take action as appropriate.
- Monitor project progress and report project performance status (cost and schedule earned values).
- Capture process and product requirements defined by Subject Matter Experts.
- Supports special projects and assignments, including departmental and company outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (engineering – all disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, supply chain, integrated operations, quality, contracts), customers, suppliers, and partners from different location.
- Contribute to project management tools and processes and shared lessons learned.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly how teams and organizations operate.
- Ability to present and explain complex material to a diverse audience with a team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Major in Business Administration, Human resources or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years overall experience with project management, supporting aviation/manufacturing environments, and/or other related role.
- Previous experience with Earned Value Management is preferred.
