Industrial Engineer

What you will be doing as an Industrial Engineer:

In this role, you can expect to blend your analytical expertise with strategic thinking to drive impactful process improvements. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Optimize Production Flow: Identify and resolve issues in task sequencing, tooling, and manpower to ensure efficient manufacturing operations
• Deliver Performance Insights: Create and automate KPIs like Efficiency, DCI, and Overtime, providing actionable metrics to leadership
• Plan Labor and Capacity: Model labor standards, simulate production constraints, and forecast headcount needs using SAP and simulation tools
• Drive Process Improvements: Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to analyze data, prioritize enhancements, and implement workflow efficiencies
• Analyze Cost and Time: Develop learning curves, apply standard hours, and prepare cost models to support accurate projections and new program launches
• Leverage Technical Tools: Use SAP, AutoCAD, Excel, Access, CATIA, and coding software to support layout planning, data analysis, and process optimization

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is required
• A minimum of 2 years experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related engineering field is required
