The Team
The Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending Group (EC SLG) is responsible for independent administration of a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients, managing the local credit process, and providing dedicated support to the Global Subsidiary Banking business. Based in 12 countries across three regions, EC SLG performs the role of the Local R-Credit Specialist, including completion of credit administration functions for a client portfolio, and coordination of local jurisdictional requirements with key stakeholders and local business partners.
Responsibilities
- Independent administration of a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients.
- Facilitate preparation, negotiation & completion of credit documents & loan agreements
- Direct interface with global credit teams, local subsidiary banking team & external clients
- Drive through completion of credit deals in a timely manner.
- Help manage and adhere to the local Legal Entity approval and booking process, coordinating with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance & local Management teams where requires.

Requirements
- Actively contribute to the development of the Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending business.
- Behaves appropriately, professionally and with integrity, demonstrating high-levels of conduct, in all aspects of work.
- Deliver to our Shareholders by helping the Bank grow responsibly.
- Ability to actively manage Risk.
- University graduate or equivalent and/or track record of relevant experience.
- Credit background with knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services.
- Experience with reading / interpreting loan agreements & related documentation.
- Excellent written skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team player, results oriented, shows ability to adapt and is able to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates time management and can prioritise workload.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple points of contact (internal and external).
