About The Role

The Manager of Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Financial Services. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, financial reporting (both internal and external in accordance with GAAP), annual budgets, projections, variance and account analyses, and implementing reporting improvements. The position requires strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and team members, ensuring effective resource allocation and goal achievement.

Qualifications

  • • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MHA preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Motivated and self-driven with continuous process improvement goal
  • • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • • Ability to work with other functional groups
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • • Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • •  Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare industry.
