About The Role
The Financial Management Advisor is a highly skilled professional capable of analyzing complex financial data to enhance operational performance and serve as a subject matter expert in key financial areas. They advise business units on financial performance and decision impacts, working closely with executive leadership to assess financial objectives, risks, income, expenses, and assets. The role involves providing actionable insights through analysis, reporting, and pro formas to support strategic and operational decisions. They support management and stakeholders by analyzing diverse data—including financial, operational, clinical, and economic metrics—to guide decision-making. The advisor conducts detailed analysis projects, forecasts economic trends, and offers technical support on complex analyses, primarily operating as an individual contributor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
- Relevant experience considered is financial or operational analysis.
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
