What Will Your Role Be?

As Manager, IT Transformation Portfolio & Optimization, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Project Demand & Delivery Model while providing data-driven insights that support efficiency, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment. You will work closely with Project Managers, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, consistent, and value-driven project execution.

What Will Your Responsibilities Include?

Demand & Delivery Model Ownership

• Own and continuously improve Hempel’s end-to-end delivery framework for digital projects.
• Lead design, governance, and integration of best practices into our project processes.
• Develop tools, templates, and frameworks that enable delivery excellence.
• Drive change management and adoption across the organisation.
• Deliver actionable insights on project delivery performance through data analysis.
• Develop and manage reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to support transparency.
• Provide executive-level reporting that informs strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with PMO and data analytics teams to ensure accurate, aligned reporting.

• High adoption rate of the optimised Delivery Model across digital projects.
• Increased stakeholder satisfaction with delivery processes.
• Timely, accurate, and impactful reporting that drives decisions at leadership level.
• Strong engagement with dashboards and reporting tools.

• Digital & Transformation Leadership – to align delivery models with business priorities.
• IT Transformation teams & Project Managers – to support execution of strategic goals.
• Data analytics & reporting teams – to build and refine insights frameworks.
• Segments and global functions – to capture feedback and ensure fit-for-purpose models.
• External partners/consultants – for tools and best practices.

What do we look for in you?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, PMO operations, or IT transformation.
• Proven track record in delivery model optimisation and reporting in complex IT environments.
• Experience working in cross-cultural, global teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, Tableau).
• Data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.
