Description
- Job title: Executive Secretary
- Location: Samlesbury - onsite
- Salary: £41,361
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating briefing material to appropriate timescales and in suitable format required
- Managing diaries and travel bookings (travel, time management, task management, meeting packs etc)
- Email management (drafting responses, delegating actions, correspondence, archiving etc)
- Supporting set up online meetings through Teams and other similar platforms
Your Skills And Experiences:
Essential:
- Extensive experience of providing Secretarial and executive administration support at a senior level
- Strong experience in diary management and booking travel and expenses
- Confident user of IT systems and meeting technology
- Ability to manage conflicting workload and challenges whilst working flexibly and proactively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Knowledge around the industrialisation function

The Industrial Collaboration Team:
You’ll be joining a professional, supportive team that provides high-quality executive and administrative support to the FalconWorks Management Committee and their wider functions within BAE Systems. The team values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement, with access to ongoing training and development to support your personal growth. While primarily based on-site, there may be occasional travel between Warton and Samlesbury to connect with colleagues and support wider team activities.
