Job Description

The Gig

We’re searching for a Data Analyst to apply their exceptional problem solving, research and data analysis capabilities to identify meaningful insights that drive business decisions within Healthengine. Working closely with the management team and within our systems and data function, this role will take ownership and be accountable for our reporting and insights capability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Extract, manipulate and interpret data from our customer databases
  • Provide insightful reporting, analysis and key metric dashboarding that assists marketing, sales and customer success teams understand results and guide performance
  • Conduct regular trend analysis and provide in-depth insight for management within the sales organisation
  • Proactively analyse and report on customer profiles to identify opportunities for action that align with the business strategy
  • Ongoing maintenance & cleansing of customer databases to ensure existence of high quality data
  • Support development work required to maintain the integrity of our data and dataflows 
  • Deliver insights through written and verbal communication including formal reports and dashboards to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Care and commitment to information security practices to protect Healthengine and its customers

Experience You’Ll Bring:

  • Experience working in central data team
  • Demonstrated capability with advanced SQL and Excel
  • Experience working with Salesforce is desirable
  • Exposure to Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, Python, dbt, git, Tableau or AWS QuickSight is advantageous
  • Jira ticket management and Confluence experience is desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in an analytical discipline (e.g. statistics, computer science)
