Job Description

As a Global Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Bulgarian payroll as well as working on other non-UK payrolls. The role covers management of payroll production, data gathering, validation and transfer to providers, along with validation of payroll outputs to ensure the accuracy of the company’s payrolls at Entain Services (Bulgaria) EOOD (the “Company”). 

Thе Global Payroll Analyst is reporting directly to Global Payroll Assurance Manager 

The Global Payroll Analyst interacts with: Payroll Analyst, People Operations Coordinator, Senior Advisor - People Relations, Accountant, Financial Controller, Managers and Team Leaders. 

What you will do

• Ensuring accurate processing of the monthly payroll in Bulgaria, as well as working on other non-UK payrolls. 
• Working with teams across the organisation, such as People Services, Reward, Finance, to ensure correct and timely processing of the monthly payroll cycle. 
• Extracting pre-payroll reports and ensure all relevant information is compiled and validated before transferring to outsourced payroll partners. 
• Responding to payroll queries and resolve complex payroll cases in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Working with Finance team to ensure the required funds are transferred and the salary payments are executed on time. 
• Supporting Finance team with payroll queries as required.
• Supporting ongoing work with local country tax agencies to ensure filing compliance.
• Assisting with year-end tax reporting.
• Supporting ad hoc payroll data requests and auditing.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, including process maps, work instructions and ‘how to’ guides. 
• Keep up to date with changes to payroll and compliance regulations. 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation and best practices.
• Fluent English and Bulgarian.
• Intermediate level Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookups, pivot tables).
• Experience of Oracle HR and Payroll systems or similar systems is desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a payroll role.
• Experience with summarized calculation of working time payrolls is considered an advantage.
• Experience with working on outsourced payroll processing is a plus.
