In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Ensure the stable operation of the company’s internal IT systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (PCs, networks, telephony, printers, etc.).
- Maintain and support internal client application systems.
- Distribute, install, and troubleshoot client batch software.
- Provide timely responses to user requests and IT service tickets.
- Manage site cabling and coordinate with external suppliers when needed.
- Oversee setup, maintenance, and control of IT security systems, server rooms, environmental monitoring, and related infrastructure.
- Support both local (Seoul) and remote users.
- Collaborate with internal departments, gather and follow up on user feedback, and contribute to improving the department’s NPS score.
- Lead IT-related projects, demonstrate management capability, and assist in ad-hoc initiatives.
- Proven experience managing IT assets and maintaining inventory.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of IT support experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting (Windows, Mac, and mobile systems).
- Basic networking knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT security systems, server room management, and environmental monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
- Experience with Active Directory configuration, ITSM systems, and IT service processes.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous project or team leadership experience; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
- Experience managing external vendors and suppliers.
- Bilingual capability in English and Korean; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Previous experience studying or working in an international environment is preferred.
