Strategy : Supply chain process improvement to upscale the suppliers  to improve the effectiveness & system for supply chain excellence

Inventory management : Continuous improvement process to optimize inventory to meet organization targets

Leadership: Co-ordination of team tasks, discussion and monitoring of work progress, regular communication, performance evaluation, qualification / development plans.
