You’ll be at the heart of our client invoicing and event analytics, making sure invoices are accurate, budgets are solid, and project profitability is crystal clear. Your work keeps the financial engine humming while helping project teams make smart, confident decisions — all with a smile.

What You’Ll Be Doing

• Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices, ensuring VAT, legal, and contract compliance.
• Follow up on payments, manage reminders, and reconcile invoices professionally (and with a smile).
• Review project budgets, analyze margins, and support analytic closures.
• Track event profitability (P&L per project) and provide insights to project teams.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across finance and projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting related to client accounts and project analytics.

Must Haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• 5+ years of accounting experience in Client Accounting / Accounts Receivable.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
• Higher education degree in finance, accounting, or management.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools.
• Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and a collaborative team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event industry finance or project analytics.
• Experience with accounting software (Sage, Oracle, or similar).
