- Protect against churn at all costs by monitoring and mitigating account risk as early as possible.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, advocacy, and deeper partnership.
We Imagine You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of experience managing B2B customer relationships, ideally within a SaaS environment; experience with Enterprise Architecture is a plus
- Proven ability to build strong, consultative relationships that drive measurable customer outcomes and retention
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on understanding customer goals beyond feature functionality and elevating conversations accordingly
- Confidence in representing the product and guiding customers toward achieving their business objectives
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and quickly grasp complex concepts when required
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
