Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decisions? Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting plant finance operations, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
This is a dynamic role that offers exposure to manufacturing finance, inventory control, fixed asset management, and strategic planning. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the plant leadership and a reliable backup to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Closing & Reporting
- Prepare and review accruals across various cost categories.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances; prepare reporting packages for leadership.
- Support global ISC dashboard with OPEX and MATEX calculations.
- Evaluate excess and obsolete inventory and submit provisions.
Forecasting & Business Partnership
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts.
- Partner with plant departments to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Represent Finance Manager in key meetings (T4, SIOP, Close Out).
- Validate savings from Kaizen and Green Belt initiatives.
Fixed Assets & Inventory Management
- Manage CAPEX processes and support asset capitalization and depreciation.
- Conduct physical verification and impairment analysis of fixed assets.
- Ensure SOX compliance in inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
- Solid background in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience with SAP and HFM advantage.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles advantage
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems.
- Flexible, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Salary starting from 1 700 € depending on experience and knowledge.
