The Part-time Human Resources Intern will support various human resources functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to people-focused initiatives. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this internship.
- Help manage HR documentation and filing systems
- Provide ad hoc support to HR team members as needed
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Assist in organizing internal events, wellness programs, and surveys
- Help gather feedback and participation data for analysis
- Coordinate training sessions and track attendance
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills – able to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Attention to detail – especially important for logistics, documentation, and communications.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English, for drafting content and liaising with teams.
- Creativity – for designing flyers and posters, writing engaging content, and supporting social media initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic design skills – familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfort with digital platforms – experience with SharePoint, intranet portals, or social media tools is beneficial.
- Team player – able to collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments.
- Proactive and self-motivated – takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
- Customer service mindset – helpful and responsive to employee needs during events and activities.
- Able to work 2 to 3 days per week.
