This internship program is tailored for university students who have completed at least four (4) years of studies in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and are passionate about building systems and commissioning practices.
This role requires a high level of trust, professionalism, and communication.

Commissioning Engineer/ Team Leader
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Maintain the required KPIs and strive for continued personal development.
- Assist in preparing commissioning documentation, including checklists, pre-functional and functional test forms, and progress reports.
- Support the team in site inspections, equipment start-up, and functional performance testing under supervision.
- Participate in reviewing design documents and submittals to ensure commissioning requirements are met.
- Collect, organize, and verify test data for inclusion in commissioning reports.
- Good knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines
- Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives.
- Reporting to Commissioning Manager
Hse Roles, Responsibilities, And Accountability:
- In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN must familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact during their work.
- It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company’s Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company’s Integrated Management System’s policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Language Requirements: English.
- Education Requirements: Mechanical, electrical and ELV
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
