Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and builders with an eye for what's next. You will work directly with the Product Partnerships team, our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and insights based on business needs, accurately identifying the real causes of business problems.
- Quickly understand business processes, process and refine data, and present data charts to highlight key information and issues.
- Assist internal teams in building and analyzing financial models to support budgeting decisions and provide accurate information.
- Develop a solid understanding of internet advertising systems, define metric systems, and conduct exploratory data analysis to reflect business status accurately and uncover potential improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong data sensitivity and logical thinking skills, able to structure analytical frameworks in uncertain contexts and transform data into actionable quantitative insights.
