Day To Day

To lead the operational and production excellence of the Founder Storytelling Team scaling the global storytelling around Steven Bartlett - this role in the team is focussed on delivering world-class execution, pace and consistency daily. You’ll be the operational engine behind the Founders creative vision ensuring the people, processes and logistics in the Founder Storytelling team deliver against an ambitious, fast-moving content calendar.

We'Re Looking For

Production Leadership: Proven experience in running complex, multi-format content teams from on-the-ground shoots to post-production delivery

Operational Systems: Deep knowledge of workflow tools, scheduling systems and budgeting best practices

Team Management: Skilled at managing high-performing creative talent with empathy, pace and authority

International Execution: Experience running production and logistics across global locations under pressure

Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator across high-profile talent, senior leadership and partners

Decision-Making Under Pressure: Strong judgment on priorities, escalation and quality control

Founder-Led Content Understanding: You get the pace, ambiguity and intimacy of working in a high-stakes personal brand environment

Problem-Solving Mindset: Anticipates bottlenecks before they happen and solves them with clarity

What Success Looks Like

Every content event from a TikTok post to a major long-form story is executed on time, on budget and at the Founder pace and standard

The team operates with precision and clarity every person knows their role, responsibility and delivery timeline - this should run with military precision

FlightStory leadership sees this team as the gold standard of production execution across the company

The Founder Storytelling team feels supported, clear and able to move fast with confidence

Location

• London/LA - we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
• Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process

Process

Screening Call with the Talent Team - this is an opportunity to ask any general questions about the role and business and find out about your relevant experience 

1st Interview - This first stage will involve meeting your direct team and/or manager 

2nd stage Interview - B2B interviews with Senior Stakeholders.

3rd Stage Interview - Task - this stage allows us to give you an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and gives us the opportunity to understand how you work 

Final Stage Interview - the final interview involves meeting two additional Senior Stakeholders in the business
