Family Practice - NP or PA - St. Cloud, MN

CentraCare is hiring an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the Northway clinic. 

Schedule

• Full-Time, 0.77 Fte

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-5pm
• No nights, holidays, weekends, or call

Responsibilities

Our providers at CentraCare- Northway diagnose and treat acute short-term illnesses; provide preventive care including routine checkups; health-risk assessments; immunizations and screening tests; personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle; and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses.  

To be considered for our position you would need to:

Meet one of the following requirements:

• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner 
• Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure 
• Be eligible for MN certification (NP) or licensure (PA) within coming months

Applicants are required to have licensed provider (NP or PA) experience in one of the following:

• Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic

• Emergency Department

• Urgent Care

In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.

Pay And Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range:  $109,241.60- $124,904 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

CentraCare- Northway Clinic is a group of primary care practitioners providing health care services in a high quality, cost effective and caring manner to patients of all ages.  CentraCare – Northway Clinic features Integrated Behavioral Health Services. This service gives patients the opportunity to access behavioral health services in a family practice setting. Primary Care Providers and Behavioral Health Providers collaborate to provide comprehensive patient care.  Our clinic also offers full imaging and laboratory capabilities and has an attached pharmacy.
