一、客户关系管理

建立和维护关系：百事得下游客户定期拜访，建立并维护稳固的合作关系，确保双方的合作顺畅且持续。

深入了解需求：通过定期沟通、调研和反馈收集，深入了解B端客户的业务需求、市场趋势和竞争状况。

定制化服务：根据现有及潜在客户的具体需求，提供定制化的产品或服务解决方案，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。

二、销售目标与业绩达成

实现销售目标：负责达成并可能超越设定的季度和年度销售目标，积极拓展百事得的多维度大中小企业业务渠道，推动销售业绩的持续增长。

销售预测与计划：基于市场趋势和客户需求，进行销售预测和计划，确保资源的合理配置和有效利用。

三、市场分析与业务拓展

行业趋势研究：深入研究B2b行业的市场动态、竞争对手和客户需求变化，为制定销售策略和拓展业务提供数据支持。

新业务机会挖掘：积极寻找和挖掘与大客户相关的新业务机会，推动公司的业务增长和市场份额提升。

合作伙伴关系：与供应链伙伴、行业组织等建立和维护良好的关系，共同推动业务发展。

四、合同管理与交付

合同谈判与签订：参与及协助与企业客户之间的合同谈判和签订过程，确保合同条款的公平、合理和可执行性。

交付管理：协调公司内部资源，确保产品或服务按时、按质、按量交付给企业客户。

五、其他职责

数据分析与报告：定期对销售数据进行分析和总结，为制定销售策略和计划提供数据支持。

合规与风险管理：遵守公司的规章制度和法律法规，确保销售活动的合规性和风险可控性。

培训与提升：参加内部培训和外部研讨会，不断提升自己的专业能力和服务水平；定期开展行业产品培训会，新品及核心系列型号的定期推广。

关键资格：

您必须为我们的团队带来以下最低技能和经验以被考虑：

• 8年以上 销售或渠道拓展经验，有快消、3C等行业经历者佳。
• 至少5年大客户对接经验，熟悉大客户管理全流程。
• 能提供过往成功达成或超越销售目标的业绩证明。
• 熟练使用 Excel、PPT 整理分析数据并可视化呈现；能撰写准确销售报告供决策参考。
• 外向型，乐于主动沟通及谈判、善于交流协作。
• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先，经验丰富者专业可放宽。
