The Team And Role:

The Digital Office Operations Enterprise Architecture is a function in Logitech.  The cross-functional EA team provides a big picture, long-term view, ensuring our systems and processes are developed with a focus on business strategy and ensuring we  stay agile and resilient in the face of rapid change.  The team stays current with industry trends and technologies that might serve to improve our business processes. The Digital Office Operations Architecture team oversee, improve enterprise IT services, software and hardware.They design and oversee the overall IT ecosystem, ensuring systems, processes, and software solutions work together seamlessly.   

The Enterprise Lead Architect serves as a strategic bridge between business goals and IT strategy, ensuring that technology investments and infrastructure are aligned to support Logitech's overall objectives. They create and maintain a holistic "blueprint" of the entire IT landscape, create roadmaps and frameworks guiding the design, integration, and evolution of systems, processes, and data.

  • Understand business goals, vision, strategy, objective & develop a business and IT architecture strategy, lead discovery of business managed applications (BMAs)
  • Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals and identify the IT needs in achieving them.
  • Act as bridge between Logitech’s BGs, Functions & IT in driving standardization and efficiency & transformation needed to achieve their common business goals and change management involved in accelerating such change(s). 
  • Assess the current technology footprint at Logitech and advocate new future technology foundations (aligning with IT tech roadmaps) needed at corporate level by thoroughly understanding each BG / Vertical / IT functions’ multi year roadmaps and their priorities. Make sure all new additions are compliant and fit for the purpose and to logitech echo system
  • Identify the gaps in business goals vs IT systems and perform technology scouting to find the right fit of technology to address those gaps, assist business teams with technology and service selection process 
  • Proficiency with Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalization, Biz Capability Assessment, Technology Risk Assessment, Technology ROI, Architecture Modeling.
  • Bring Senior Leadership Teams’ attention on analysis of current industry trends to identify business opportunities and implement cost-reduction techniques, maximizing the efficiency of production, and improving operational infrastructure, identify siloed investments and put a plan of action on how they can be avoided (cost reduction exercise), lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems to support digital transformation and adopt  emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI and Automation.
  • Find opportunities to optimize the existing IT landscape, reduce technical debt, and manage costs by consolidating systems and improving operational efficiency
  • Map the business capabilities with  IT systems, collect application portfolio data, build EA inventory, Produce lifecycle roadmaps of IT landscapes, create target state architecture
  • Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data. Establish the information data flow across application portfolio
  • Establish the relation such as dependent applications etc. and identify the applications with high number of interfaces (touch points) both internally and externally
  • Define EA standards, principles, and methodologies for system design, integration, and technology adoption across the organization, establish controls to ensure IT architecture complies with relevant regulations, security protocols and industry best practices
  • As a lead, work closely with all domain architects (Data Architects, Application Solution Architects, Security Architects) and conduct regular meetings with them to make them understand the ongoing major (strategic /tactical) initiatives, help modernize legacy systems to support digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI and Automation.
  • Identify potential risks in IT architectures and create strategies to mitigate system vulnerabilities and maintain operational continuity by working with Security architects in CISO organization.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT with 4+ years in Enterprise Architecture role, with broad exposure in application development, enterprise applications (ERPs & CRMs), enterprise architecture principles, experience leading architecture reviews (Enterprise Architecture Review Board) for Iaas/Paas/SaaS solutions, Good knowledge in Continuous Integration and Deployment, Automation techniques.

Your Qualifications And Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman or ITIL or AWS Certified Architect.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP Systems (preferably Oracle), SaaS (preferably Salesforce), APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to interact with senior executives and influence.
  • Demonstrate excellent Communications Skills.
  • Apply strong Change management skills and the ability to inspire.
  • Showcase deep understanding of the organization's business model, industry trends, financial goals, and competitive landscape.
  • Problem Solving Capabilities.

  • Knowledge across multiple domains such as cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure),  Software Development LifeCycle (DevOps, Agile, Scrum methodologies), and network infrastructure
  • Deep experience in Integration Technologies and Platforms, Web Services etc.
  • Bring Industry Thought Leadership on enabling the digital transformation roadmap for Digital Office Organization.
  • Demonstrate Project / Portfolio Management capabilities and Prioritization Review and Execution skills.
  • Well versed with all data and application security governance strategies in a heterogeneous technology environment.
  • Focus on the business outcomes and customer first approach to drive the architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Process Reengineering skills. Drive continuous optimization of our support systems, workflows, and tools enabling operations at scale and effortless user experience.
  • Proficiency using any Enterprise Architecture Management tools such as ServiceNow, Sparx, Ardoq, LeanIX
  • Deep skills for portfolio / project management on platforms such as Asana, Monday etc.
  • Innovative mind-set and strong understanding of Design Thinking principles.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, digital transformation and real-time analytics.·        
  • Ability to provide a benchmarking framework to compare results against other organizations or standards.
  • Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Certification in TOGAF / Zachman / ITIL
  • Project management skills, Storytelling about architectural building blocks and their importance
  • Fair knowledge about AI/ML technologies
  • Fluency In English.
