Mid Level Mobile Developer

After successfully creating the digital development team in Serbia, we are now forming a development pod within the same department to expand our mobile development capabilities for our public-facing e-commerce applications.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Mobile Developer with previous mobile app development experience to help design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable mobile solutions using React Native. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications, ensuring stability, performance, and security. You will be involved in packaging and deploying apps to app stores, contributing to automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence across our mobile products. This role requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.

Job Duties:

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for public-facing e-commerce platforms.
• Contribute to packaging and deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Implement and support automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, Appium).
• Work with backend developers and QA to integrate APIs and ensure app stability.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Stay informed about evolving mobile development trends and technologies.

You Must Have:

• Hands-on expertise with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle).
• Experience deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, etc.).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

We Value:

• Knowledge of .NET, MS SQL, and backend API development.
• Experience with Firebase (push notifications, analytics, crash reporting).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to e-commerce or enterprise mobile applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Interest in continuous learning and staying up to date with mobile development best practices.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Enthusiasm for solving problems and delivering impactful user experiences.
