Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying next-generation healthcare AI solutions addressing core needs of the healthcare community.
We are looking to hire a Senior Director of Product Management – Diagnostics Imaging AI Solutions leader to own and drive the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Diagnostics Imaging AI workflow solutions to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Diagnostics Imaging Products, in this leadership role you will be responsible for managing and evangelizing the product roadmap and set of execution priorities for the organization that deliver on targeted business objectives. You will also be responsible for working with engineering, design, research, marketing, and client-facing teams to identify and drive requirements that enable a great AI copilot experience for the radiologist community and other clinical personas to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You will lead a set of complex product offerings, can carefully balance the need for product execution speed with thoughtful and data-driven product development governance. You are also able to set direction and priorities and inspire others to follow your lead through crisp communication.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy, prioritization, execution and governance for Healthcare Diagnostics Imaging AI workflow solutions for the global market.
- Lead product development efforts to define and deliver an optimized Copilot experience for radiologists and other care professionals, collaborating across product management, user experience design, and product engineering.
- Maintaining a standard of clinical excellence in all aspects of our work, grounded in end-user feedback through a thorough Voice of Customer engagement.
- Influence our sales and marketing narrative by demonstrating how Microsoft positively impacts care professionals.
- Evangelize the product portfolio with strategic customer accounts and at major healthcare conferences.
- Facilitate our customer advisory boards and other customer councils.
- Manage and nurture a team of product segment leaders and product managers on all aspects of product lifecycle and drive a growth-mindset culture
- Serve as resource and evangelize partnership opportunities with all lines of business in the Healthcare division.
- Collaborate with all functional leaders to drive alignment around roadmaps and processes.
- Develop and execute the methodology for classifying and reporting out all investments mapped to business value.
- Work closely with the customer success organization on all operational metrics of the business and seek alignment on how product roadmap capabilities will move the needle on key metrics.
- Drive a cross-functional team to high quality and on-time releases, holding teams accountable to their commitments and KPI’s.
- Manage product risk and compliance, working with cross functional teams including regulatory, privacy, and system resiliency teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Proficient knowledge of diagnostics imaging standards or workflows, PACS, Electronic Health Record (EHR), or other healthcare informatics systems.
- Proficient experience with product management processes, including requirements definition and goal-setting.
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related field. MBA preferred, not required.
- 10+ years of successful product management of a cloud-based product offering.
- Well versed with cloud architectures and API-first services.
- Experience leading clinical workflow solutions or deep engagement with them.
- Highly data-driven in decision making practices and executive reporting
- Experience managing enterprise class software services serving a large variety of use cases
- Experience scaling new product offerings
- Phenomenal written and verbal communicator; capable of inspiring others and enthusiasm into the organization
- Understanding of user experience research and voice-of-the customer best practices
- Dynamic people leader that can grow and inspire a team of product segment leaders and product managers with a growth mindset mentality, where decisiveness and failing fast and forward is embraced
- Experience defining, deploying and improving product management processes
- Sound business and financial skills with an ability to develop well thought out business cases that appropriately manage risk taking to optimize speed and quality, and deliver results consistently
- Proficient relationship skills, able to build rapport quickly and easily with domain professionals.
- Comfortable presenting to C-Level team
