As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Payment Operations, Global Supplier Services, Line of Business partners, and technology team partners across the firm, working together to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Your work will be informed by user research and customer feedback, enabling you to enhance existing offerings and develop new features that address evolving business needs. We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking team member with a strong track record of achieving customer-focused outcomes and delivering results. Your contributions will be essential to providing a best-in-class invoicing and payments experience for internal users, suppliers, and Payment Operations team members, and to the ongoing success and evolution of our Supplier Payment products.
 Job responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Actively manage content and status of epics and stories in Jira to progress work along product development lifecycle
  • Assess and help manage intake, key dependencies, risks and issues across product development lifecycle
  • Perform hands-on functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, while managing and coordinating testing efforts across teams.
  • Facilitate completion of Regulatory, Risk, Controls and Compliance assessments and requirements in collaboration with Product Management
  • Ensure end to end business, operational and change readiness by working across product teams and functional partners to vet that processes and capabilities are in place and coordinated
  • Partner with the Product Manager to support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyze, track and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Proficient understanding of the product development life cycle
  • Experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
  • Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience conducting functional validation of product features in testing and production environments
  • Deep understanding and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
  • Experience researching new and emerging technologies and industry use cases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience designing Figma wireframes aligned with system requirements
