As a Lead Technical Program Manager supporting a critical Agentic AI program that is transformational to the Global Private Bank, you will be at the forefront of delivering next-generation technology solutions that redefine client experiences and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of complex, AI-driven projects and programs that directly impact the bank’s strategic vision and global competitiveness. Your advanced knowledge of technical principles, practices, and emerging AI technologies will be essential for developing innovative solutions, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will enable you to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value. With superior communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive relationships and influence decision-making to achieve transformational outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of transformational Agentic AI initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive project plans that incorporate advanced technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders—to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the Global Private Bank’s strategic goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning and data-driven insights to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and AI model performance.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies, AI best practices, and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the team.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for transformational AI programs, ensuring successful integration and adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Formal training or certification on technical programming management concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Deep technical fluency in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and data engineering, including experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable scalable, on-demand access to applications and services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with demonstrated success in delivering transformational technology programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning, problem-solving techniques, and data-driven decision-making to break down complex business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
  • Experience with regulatory, ethical, and risk management considerations in deploying AI solutions within financial services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading large-scale AI transformation programs in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, generative AI, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in global banking environments.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, PMI-ACP).
  • Incessant curiosity and drive to learn about new technologies that are on the bleeding edge, with a passion for continuous personal and professional growth.
