As an Assistant Video Editor in the Lifestyle Experience & Content organization, you will play a key role in supporting the production of travel, shopping, dining, and lifestyle videos. You will work closely with the Video Editor and Producer to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include media ingest, asset management, project setup, editing, and preparing final content. You will help maintain the video asset library and ensure all content meets brand standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact at Chase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in editing video content, including media ingest, assembly, titling, and finalization.
  • Organize and manage video files and assets for efficient workflow and accessibility.
  • Support the Video Editor and Producer in finalizing and delivering video projects.
  • Review video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
  • Maintain the library of raw and finished video assets, conducting footage searches as needed.
  • Assist in creating graphics, titles, and other visual elements for video projects.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in video editing and production, with a focus on social media content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with video preparation and finishing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of video formats and editing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in video editing is preferred.
  • Experience working on an in-house video team is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
