Key Responsibilities
- Service line lead for UK RBU (service line is products and platforms plus Marketing services)
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, and proposal presentations
- Understand and communicate P&P and Marketing services propositions
- Working collaboratively with sales leads in SA, delivery and strategy teams to scope and quote projects
- Work towards yearly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for the service line
- Use salesforce for pipeline visibility
- Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
Hard Skills
- Proven experience in sales or account management in digital, tech, or marketing services (10+ years)
- Solid knowledge of digital products (design and build) plus creative Marketing services (ideally both but could be more focused on one)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen — comfortable with quoting, negotiating, and closing

- Consultative mindset: Ability to listen, understand client pain points, and offer tailored solutions
- Relationship builder: build trust and rapport with clients
- Proactive & self-driven: Takes ownership of leads, targets, and results with minimal supervision
- Communication excellence: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and adaptable: able to pivot as needed
- Collaborative: Works well with internal teams to align client expectations and delivery
