Program Manager, Cloud Delivery, Google Distributed Cloud (Airgapped)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
• 2 years of experience in Cloud adoption/enablement.
• Experience with program development, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Experience working within, or directly with UK Public Sector organizations.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) security clearance; British Citizenship is required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running a Project Management Office (PMO) function for complex programmes.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping stakeholders and contributors aligned and coordinated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, paired with keen business acumen.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company and our customers. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, implement solutions, streamline processes, and manage projects.
• Lead complex Cloud adoption projects, and initiatives from initial strategic alignment through to execution, ensuring our operational processes are not just efficient but are also directly supporting our long-term business strategy.
• Provide strategic insights that help define and refine our business and operational strategies.
• Facilitate objectives and key results planning, communicating with leadership,  business partners, and stakeholders.
