Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales recruiting within Poland.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a technical or similar industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience participating for talent.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management and work in a team environment.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud in Poland. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business in Poland, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of go-to-market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of candidate quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Negotiate complex and engaged offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with exceutive management to secure critical hires.
