Speech Language Pathologist – Full Time – Fort Wayne, IN

HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short term rehab, long term care, assisted/independent living and memory care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
