 M2/M3 - Budgeting, Invoicing & Vendor Management – Data & Analytics team

Location: Goregaon Infinity

Job Role

• Liaise with analytics stakeholders for various project costs, managing correct & timely debits to various business units and ensuring tight control over spends vs budgets.
• Initiate, co-ordinate, with BIU Financials & Fincon stakeholder for correct processing of invoices & monitor spends.
• Constantly monitor the spends, present to analytics unit & highlight any deviations proactively.
• Leading the process to onboard Vendor resources from scratch.
• Initiate, co-ordinate, with various Vendors for processing of invoices & tracking the payment of each and every invoice.
• Close interaction with Analytics, Vendors, IT, Finance, Tax and Fincon teams.
• Preparing monthly reports for invoice payment, budget consumption and employee details reports.
• Involves basic knowledge of various costing models across technology platforms & its correct debit to various business units.
• Act as a link between the Legal team and analytics team for all legal queries in regards to POC and Vendor agreements.
• Maintaining reports of Assets and Seats at Unit level.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Banking/Finance with 2-4 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of various costs and its treatment with finance & accounts and existing experience of managing costs related to software's.
• Recording and maintaining reports with high level of accuracy.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and good numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Strong interpersonal skills and people skills
• Good command over Microsoft Excel.
