Your New Role
As the Senior Manager, Business Management & Planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving business planning, management of resources, budgets and operational excellence across our Member Domain.  Reporting to the Principal, Business Management & Optimisation, you will coordinate the development and delivery of the Member Domain business plan, support a wide range of business management responsibilities including financial management, Domain internal communication plans and supporting the coordination of key management & executive reports

You’ll lead a small team of professionals and work closely with colleagues across the Member Domain and Fund, influencing diverse and nationally dispersed teams. Your leadership will help embed a strong service and excellence-oriented culture, ensuring our Members First ethos is consistently delivered. This is a permanent position that will offer the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Fund’s strategic ambitions and member outcomes.

What You’Ll Need

  • Significant and demonstrable professional experience, including exemplary people management and leadership expertise, with a commitment to building high-performing, diverse, and engaged teams.
  • Deep expertise in business and administration management, business planning, and driving complex projects and programs.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the Fund and with external partners.
  • Ability to build trust and establish strong working relationships quickly, whilst demonstrating a structured approach, and ability to adapt, all whilst working autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering internal communications plans.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly across multiple business divisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Industry knowledge is desirable but scale and complexity and an ability to understand and navigate heavily regulated environments is more important.
