General Responsibilities / Job Summary:
Professional Services Client Service Support assist with treasury management related issues, questions, maintenance from the sales team. This position gathers information for appropriate approvals, client agreements, and documentation needed for initial setup and annual product reviews. This position will also support the Professional Services sales team with account openings and maintenance.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Corporate Values: Promote and integrate LINK’s core values—LIVE, INTEGRITY, NURTURE, KNOWLEDGE—throughout the company.
- Attitude & Service: Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and deliver excellent client service to all LINKBANK members.
- Onboarding & Setup: Complete onboarding paperwork and set up digital channels, ACH, Wire authority, RDC, Positive Pay, Mobile Deposit, and Agiletics, ensuring all documentation is authorized and accurate.
- Account Opening: Open accounts for new Professional Services clients.
- Client Training: Train new clients on treasury management services and setups.
- Limit Modifications: Process changes to RDC, Mobile, and ACH limits.
- Client Reviews: Assist in reviewing Professional Services clients.
- Product Knowledge & Support: Understand business deposit products, collaborate with Professional Services and Treasury Management, and support sales and portfolio servicing.
- Product Awareness: Maintain detailed knowledge of all LINKBANK products and services.
- Industry Familiarity: Be familiar with standard practices and procedures in the escrow/title industry.
- Policy Adherence: Follow bank policies and defined procedures when completing tasks.
- Account Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on accounts across multiple deposit and digital channel platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to Professional Services client onboarding, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between the sales team and Deposit Operations.
- Client Service: Provide outstanding service to clients.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Financial Industry Experience: Has prior experience working in financial services.
- Treasury Management Knowledge: Understands Treasury Management solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated history of providing quality customer service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Accuracy: Pays close attention to detail and maintains accuracy.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years of Banking Experience; Platform/Customer Service or Operational Experience preferred
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all locations in the bank’s footprint as needed.
Physical And Mental Job Requirements:
- Technical and detailed analytical work on the computer.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and deliver and receive information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Must have the visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
- Must have the ability to perform activities such as prepare and analyze data and figures, view computer screen, extensive reading, and report preparation.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
