Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our newly opened Assoluto Ristorante & Deli. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a flair for Italian cuisine and hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and bring innovative F&B concepts to life. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving the success of our signature dining venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of Assoluto Ristorante & Deli
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees and trainees
• Implement creative F&B concepts aligned with brand standards and revenue goals
• Monitor key performance indicators and manage costs effectively
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of team members
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Support marketing efforts with social media content and promotional ideas
• Mentor and develop team members and trainees

Desirable Skills And Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar leadership role
• Background in upscale Italian or Mediterranean restaurants preferred
• Strong understanding of Italian culinary and hospitality traditions
• Preferably Fluent in German, Italian and English
• EU work authorization required
• Modern leadership style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passion for quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction
