Position Summary:

• Lead your In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
• Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times 
• Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
• Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Lead the In Room Dining team in general operational tasks, allowing all associates to feel empowered to make an impact
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

• Relevant experience in a similar role
