At Draxton Atondo, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager.
In this position, you will ensure an efficient, sustainable, and competitive supply chain that creates value for the company and our customers, while driving innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement in purchasing and energy management. This role reports directly to the Plant Director and is part of the Plant’s Management Committee.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead purchasing activities for the production plant and your assigned global categories, negotiating competitive conditions and conducting market studies to ensure best cost and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with different departments on supplier development, as well as the definition, evaluation, and monitoring of key area indicators.
• Prepare the plant’s annual budget and action plan, along with market-based forecasts.
• Promote energy efficiency as part of the Energy Committee, negotiating contractual conditions that encourage responsible resource usage.
• Ensure compliance with group policies regarding Health & Safety, Environment, and Energy, while fostering order, training, and continuous improvement.

💡 To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Engineering degree.
• Experience as a Purchasing Manager in an industrial environment.
• High level of English.

🕵🏼 What We Offer:

• Permanent contract in a solid and growing company.
• Full-time position, 100% on-site. Monday–Thursday starting between 7:30–8:30h, finishing from 16:30h onwards. Fridays from 8h to 15h. 3 days of remote work per month starting from the 6th month. Professional development opportunities and continuous training at Draxton.
