About the role: We’re looking for a detail‑driven and proactive Business Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll undertake ad‑hoc analysis to measure performance, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that support business growth across a range of markets and topics.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing suite of reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing enhancements that help the business make informed, data‑driven decisions.

In This Role You Will:

• Maintain a strong understanding of the business, including the Marketing Plan, business trends, member behaviour, and the relationships between key metrics.
• Use data to answer business‑related questions from senior management and stakeholders across the region, presenting insights in a clear, storytelling format.
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Anticipate follow‑up questions and proactively address them in your analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure best practices are followed.

Our Requirements:

• Degree in a related subject.
• 1-3 years of analytical experience, including working with complex data sets.
• Excellent working knowledge of Business Intelligence software, preferably Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expert‑level Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong prioritisation skills.
• A collaborative team player able to quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships across a geographically diverse business.
• Customer‑focused approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Methodical and questioning approach.
• Adaptable, with a positive and flexible attitude in a complex, changing environment.
