Quality System & Controlling Lead

Coordinate with all project managers, vendors and contractors to procure necessary system and controlling method for project deployment.

Create controlling model and build comprehensive system to ensure all the Network quality bring to high standard quality

Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to verify the performance and reliability.

Perform integration testing to ensure interoperability with other network components and systems.

Suggest and manage Changes in Project Processes.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.

Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, Main contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, Electro engineering, Technology information or related field or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in the field position and 2 years in Supervisory level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues.
• Strong expertise in quality assurance, risk management, process improvement, and telco compliance with solid technical knowledge.
• Proven ability in project, contract, and stakeholder management with strong digital literacy and end-to-end control skills.
• Willing to Work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
