Shift:  8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Hourly Wage: $22.00-$26.00

Job Summary CSR - Order Entry Administrator

As an Order Entry Administrator, you will be the key link between customers and the company, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders. Your responsibilities would involve verifying materials availability, entering quotes into the ERP system, and sending order acknowledgements to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities CSR - Order Entry Administrator

• Enter purchase orders and quotes. Confirm ship dates and follow up with tracking information to customers.
• Communicate with the team and production regarding any material issues and potential late shipments. 
• Coordinate with the Production Department to obtain accurate shipment lead time information.
• Accurately respond to customer inquiries related to order fulfillment in an expeditious and complete manner. 

Requirements

Qualifications and Competencies CSR - Order Entry Administrator

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Professional communication skills, math, and problem-solving are a must.
• Detail-oriented data entry skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings is preferred.
