Job Summary:
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping PIHC's future by ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll be the primary point of contact for job applicants, orchestrating interviews, managing our applicant tracking system, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts. Primary Functions
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the following primary responsibilities:
Candidate Experience & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for job applicants, providing timely and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Coordination & Logistics:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for various positions across the organization, managing complex calendars for candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Sourcing for applicants to identify qualified candidates.
- Screening resumes and conducting prescreen interviews
- Coordinating recruitment logistics, including preparing interview materials and facilitating on-site or virtual interview setups.
Strategic Support & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and support their hiring goals.
- Generate comprehensive reports on recruitment metrics and activities, providing insights to optimize our hiring process.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Desire to gain proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and maintain meticulous records in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrates a professional and empathetic demeanor, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to connect with potential candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Adaptability & Proactiveness: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
