Description
JLG is looking for a Marketing Coordinator II to join our Marketing Department's award-winning team. Marketing Coordinator II's supports and oversees the client-side business development process through the creation, guidance, and implementation of annual studio-specific, and overall brand, marketing plans.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and lead the implementation of marketing strategy as it relates to studio business strategy and firm brand health.
- Guide the business development group and Marketing team with studio-led and company brand communication and development activities.
- Manage, guide strategy, and execute proposals and interviews including: organize team meetings and guide communication; coordinate and prepare physical submittals; create content in support of pursuit strategy, contact and compile content from internal team members and outside consultants; properly maintain database of information gathered; manage internal schedules, organize proposal team assignments, and review process to meet deadlines.
- Assist and guide marketing and business development-related content in support of firmwide strategy; educate and encourage this behavior in other Marketing and JLG staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of marketing, mass communications, or related experience.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in A/E/C industry, guiding strategy and managing proposal and business strategy efforts.
- Proven expertise supporting and developing marketing-related business strategy efforts.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite.
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related degree.
- Strong strategic/critical thinking and research skills; ability to organize information and translate that into other forms of communication.
- Expertise with writing, grammar, and storytelling as it relates to marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills to convey information and guide teams to successful outcomes.
- Ability to follow direction and take feedback from multiple people and create a common solution.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm and collected under pressure with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and manage a high volume of proposals.
- Positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
