Twice Threaded is where style, sustainability, and community come full circle. A new secondhand clothing store is opening in the Belmont Shores area of Long Beach, California, and is seeking an experienced Buyer to evaluate and purchase clothing, shoes, and accessories directly from the public.

We specialize in offering high-quality pieces, extending the life of fashion, and creating a fun, sustainable shopping experience for the community. 

Primary Responsabilities

• Greet and welcome all customers and check in the ones with items to sell. 
• Evaluate items customers (sellers) are looking to sell-trade. 
• Use trend knowledge and buying standards to decide what to purchase. 
• Offer Store Credit or Venmo payout to sellers based on condition and resale value. 
• Keep accurate records of purchases. 
• Work closely with store management  

Competitive pay based on experience. $20-$24/hr.

Requirements

•  Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year experience with buying used clothes, shoes, and accessories from the public through a buy-sell-trade program. 
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and resale value. 
• Quick, detail-oriented, and professional in presenting offers. 
• Friendly with excellent customer service and communication skills.
