LMS Administrator – Scentre Group

Your Opportunity

Your role will focus on supporting the growth and development of talent by optimising the LMS platform as a primary enabler of capability building at Scentre Group. You will be a passionate, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You will be decisive, able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and drive outcomes.

In addition, the key areas of focus are to enhance employee experience and productivity by:

  • Administering the configuration and effective use of our LMS with business stakeholders
  • Implementing new features and functionality e.g. create seminars, technical/functional courses, programs and tailored learning pathways for key roles
  • Coaching the business stakeholders on how to use these features and be self-sufficient so they can build their own learning solutions and pathways.
  • Ensure the integrity/accuracy of data is maintained by tracking, auditing and managing audiences and attendance
  • Creation and distribution of monthly customised reports
  • Maintaining and updating existing help guides for learners and managers
  • Supporting strategic learning programs in all areas of training delivery

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong experience and knowledge of Totara Learn or similar learning management system
  • Demonstrated strong capability to configure a LMS
  • Strong capability to use Jira and troubleshoot system issues
  • In-depth knowledge of systems administration and technology
  • Capability to design and deliver reporting solutions from the LMS
  • Ability to use digital authoring tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail

What sets you apart

  • You will be a professional with 8 to 10 years’ experience
  • You will have worked in corporate previously in a fast paced, possibly retail or hospitality operational business
  • You will have demonstrated experience working with people at all levels.
  • You preferably have some experience of working in a HR team and are comfortable with the ebb and flow of how a HR team needs to flex for the business and its stakeholders
  • You will have experience in working with lots of stakeholders, being a trusted expert and credible coach of others to help them become self-sufficient in using an LMS.
  • You will have a positive mindset and impact; able to take others on a journey to help them see several possible outcomes to a problem or opportunity
  • You will enjoy being part of a team and show interest in what their colleagues lead and deliver for the business
  • You will have be comfortable in the grey, able to iterate solutions, prefer progress over perfection and actively seek feedback on work as they progress.
  • You will have a track record of practical rather than theoretical solutions, showing examples of what they have delivered to meet their customer’s needs
  • You will enjoy both the art and science of solving complex problems and bringing order, synergy and cohesiveness to what can sometimes be random events or activities in the business
  • You will love rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail and action and enjoy seeing their work come to life through others
  • You will have certifications to support your credibility

This role is permanent, full-time and is based in our offices in the Sydney CBD
