Salary Package up to $142,493 pa. Package includes salary range ($113,574 pa to $125,720 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Location: Greenacre [minimum 3 office days required]
About The Role:
The Leadership Development Advisor contributes to the delivery and facilitation of programs and initiatives that are designed to enhance leadership and management capabilities and embed inclusive workplace practices. The role actively provides is pivotal in providing coaching and development support for new and existing leaders.
About You:
- You will have demonstrated skills and extensive experience in facilitating clear, accurate and engaging leadership and development training to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating learning and capability uplift development programs.
Essential Requirements:
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and/or demonstrated ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and or equivalent industry experience in Learning and Development and adult education.
