Who You Are

• The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 - 4 years of experience in commercial, securities, or bankruptcy litigation at an Am Law firm.
• Strong experience in managing discovery and writing briefs.
• Immediate opportunities for taking/defending depositions and arguing cases.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills are imperative.
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
• A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
• Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued.
• Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $310,000
