About The Role
PopStroke is on the hunt for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to own and grow PopStroke’s digital presence. Think of this role as the ultimate digital quarterback — you will run point on everything from customer reputation and SEO to CRM, loyalty marketing, and keeping our brand shining online. What You'Ll Do
- Online Reputation Management:Manage online reputation across Google, Yelp, Social Channels, and more. You’ll monitor reviews and social accounts, respond with personality, and create strategies to continue to enhance our customers experience and brand awareness
- Own Our Digital Footprint:From SEO/SEM to keeping every location’s web presence fresh, you’ll make sure PopStroke listing are current and easy to discover online
- Drive Loyalty & CRM:Lead the charge on email, SMS, push campaigns, and loyalty marketing. Build journeys that keep guests coming back for more frequently
- Paid Search & Analytics:Develop and manage all paid digital ads. Dig into analytics, measure campaign success, and use insights to keep raising the bar on performance.
- Website Management:Oversee website content, updates, and user experience. Ensure menus, events, promotions, and location details are always accurate. Partner with designers and developers to keep the site engaging and guest-friendly.
- Email Marketing Program:Lead our email marketing strategy from start to finish. Build out campaigns, newsletters, and guest communications that drive engagement and revenue. Test, measure, and refine to keep open rates and click-throughs climbing.
- Collaborate & Elevate:Work together with technology, social and membership teams to leverage customer data to elevate experiences and build more engagement both online and in our locations
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (hospitality, entertainment, or consumer brand).
- Proven track record in managing online reputation and review platforms.
- Hands-on skills in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Experience running loyalty programs and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- A mix of creative spark and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of the golf industry and enthusiasm for the sport is a plus.
