About The Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Finance function by managing customer claims processing within the SAPTM system and ensuring accurate, consistent reconciliation of Trade Spend across systems and financial statements. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy to support effective decision-making and financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Customers’ Claims Processing (SAPTM)
- Manage and process customer trade claims in SAPTM, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
- Validate claim documentation and monitor claim workflows, spot discrepancies, and drive improvements in claim activities
- Liaise with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to confirm compliance with contractual terms.
Trade Spend Reconciliation
- Reconcile Trade Spend data across SAP systems, ensuring alignment with financial statements and accurate flow into the P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Investigate variances, prepare monthly reconcilation files, and support Controllers with clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Admin Team/AR, Sales, Trade Marketing) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Additional Shared Responsibilities
- Contribute to month-end close by providing reconciled balances and clear explanations and audits related to Trade Spend and customer claims
- Identify continuous process improvements, with a focus on automation and data accuracy.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal controls and company policies.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles, ideally within FMCG or a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of Trade Spend processes and familiarity with SAP systems (SAP ECC, SAPTM preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy.
- A clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
- Driven and ambitious, with a desire to make a real impact within the organization.
