Technical Solution Architect

Are you a seasoned Technical Solution Architect ready to shape enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions? 

At HSO, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for translating enterprise architecture into detailed, deliverable solution designs and guiding the technical direction throughout the project lifecycle. 

You’ll collaborate closely with other architects, mentor developers and consultants, and ensure that every solution aligns with Microsoft best practices, customer standards, and the requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service; 
• Deep understanding of case management, queues, service routing, and how D365 Customer Service integrates with broader Power Platform components; 
• Familiarity with Power Pages and model-driven apps, including considerations for embedded hosting and authentication; 
• Confident working with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Blob Storage; 
• Good understanding of identity models, particularly Azure B2C and federated login (e.g. Yoti); 
• Able to review and contribute to solution documentation, design decisions, and ALM processes; 
• Comfortable leading technical discussions, resolving architectural questions, and working collaboratively with multiple delivery partners; 
• Supports project managers with planning, resourcing, estimation, and technical dependencies; 

This is a leadership role that helps keep the team moving in the right direction. The Technical Solution Architect acts as the day-to-day technical lead for the delivery team, working closely with teams to ensure quality, consistency, and clarity throughout the build. 


Core technologies in use across the solution include: 

• Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps...); 
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service (for case management and interaction handling.  Possibly Contact Centre);
• Azure services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, Blob Storage, Fabric, Synapse...); 
• SharePoint (for document management and structured collaboration); 
• North52 (rules engine for eligibility logic); 
• Azure B2C, Yoti, and Jersey.me (identity providers and federated authentication);
• Azure DevOps (ALM, pipelines, source control); 
• Jira and Confluence (user story management and documentation);
• iFraming, web development and hosting general skillset;
