功率模块结构开发工程师 PWM ME（上海）

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirement analysis, concept design and evaluation of power module, as well power module’s component design, such as heat sink, connectors, module frame, substrate…
• Responsible for 3D design and 2D drawing, specification and BOM creation/update, work on insulation check and tolerance analysis
• Define essential simulations and work with the simulation team to ensure design robustness
• Define and lead ME related engineering test specifications creation, and ensure test executed on time
• Responsible for failure analysis and work as taskforce leader in power module ME related activities
• Support manufacturability study and ensure design can be produced and assembled
• Support for component sourcing and qualification

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in mechanical/material engineering or related field
• Above 5 years of professional experience in Power Module development
• Have abundant knowledge on power module inter-connection technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Rich design experience on cooler, module frame, PCB substrate, etc.
• Skilled in problem-solving methodology and know-how on Powe module
• Willing to work in a multi-cultural team and have good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skill
